As a Commercial Capability & AI Transformation Architect, I work with business leaders to:

Over the last 12 years I have delivered negotiation and capability projects across Europe, helping organisations modernise how they develop people, measure performance, and integrate technology into everyday commercial practice.
My goal is simple: to turn commercial capability from a static training function into an adaptive engine of competitive advantage.

My vision is a capability function that learns as fast as technology evolves — one that continuously curates new tools, integrates them into human workflows, and keeps commercial teams adaptive, confident, and ahead of the curve.
This transition from Commercial Excellence to AI Capability is not about replacing human skills but amplifying them.
